The Tet conversion really brought out the best features in LBB. It was pretty before but after it became Beautiful and so much sturdier. Great example.

After two years this is blooming just as I remember it. Started blooming Wed June 1 so its really late for here. Will use the pollen on this last day of hybridizing and hope to set some seed in this heat. Thumb of 2011-06-03/spunky1/6b3625

This will be registered this fall, it's a dormant that does really well here. This heat doesn't effect it because the substance is like leather. Its a 5.50 inch bloom on a well branched 25 inch scape. (LILLIAN'S LYING EYES X COACH'S CLASS ACT) X ZAHADOOM Thumb of 2011-06-05/spunky1/45d78d This is only 3.50 inchs and I will look at this for another year. Fred that Dormant is Gorgeous. I wonder how it would do here??
The little one is so pretty with that light violet midrib and ruffling and great eye and pattern on the sepals, just as sweet as can be.

I think most dormants do better up north so it should do well.

Love those last two seedlings, Fred! I'm partial to the small flowers, and that one is a beauty! I really hope to see more of it in the future, perhaps as an intro?
