The common name of Pig Squeak fascinated me from childhood. We had a bed of it at the front of the house. One of my mom's favorite plants. Smiling

Haha, names like that make me wonder where they come from. Hilarious!

Here are a couple Asiatic Lilies that I bought as a plant (not bulb), so if I didn't take pictures soon I'm not sure there would be much left to take pictures of. Sticking tongue out
I still should probably deadhead but we've been getting some good rain, so maybe tomorrow...

Pink Pixie
I should've taken pictures of this about a week ago. It was much more impressive, but I got busy and totally forgot. *Blush*

JC I have several lillies that come back each year that were bought as plants!! So yours should be just fine!! Deadheading for the first couple of years is a good idea, but as long as you mulch heavily in fall, they'll be fine! I tip my hat to you. They look great! Thumbs up

I'm sure they will come back next year (hopefully Sticking tongue out ).
I just meant that by the time I actually get everything finished and take pictures they probably won't be much to look at. Hilarious!

I was working in the yard and realized I never took a picture of this semp when I got it around a week ago.
It was really beat up and in a way-too-tiny pot so I had to rescue it from the nursery. Sticking tongue out
It's starting to come back and at 9 1/8" it's currently my largest semp by far.

I really like it too. I was shocked how large it was once it started to open up after I got it out of the tiny pot. Hilarious!

Me too, did you notice any of the cultivars that were much less tolerant of full sun than others?
I think they'll be okay but it appears we skipped spring this year and the sun is already really harsh. Sad

I'd shield all of your new semps (from all your sources) for a couple of weeks and slowly give them more sun, until they are in full sun! My troughs, which all your semps came out of are in full sun until about 4pm and then they are shaded by my friend's house - so I still consider that full sun, but it probably isn't really full sun, if you get me!! Hilarious!
