See the pavers under the fire pit? I want to buy more in time and put them under the swing. I am cutting my yard in half until this portion is completed.

Next is to recover the cushions in (hopefully) an old quilt...sort of shabby chic. The fire pit is a plant pit for my starter coleus cuttings right now.

Thanks Susie, I am liking it...it takes more $$ than I can give it right now....but still, It's a nice place to sit in the morning and evening. The other half of the yard still looks like a war zone.

Jim Kochran brought some great plants to the swap and I ended up with three small ones that are huge beauties now.
The sunflower is about 7' high! And the hyacinth is growing like a bean stock.
Yesterday I got the surprise of my gardening life with my first bright pink Hollyhock bloom! Today there are 3 and tomorrow I will take and post a photo.
My garden has changed since I posted the above photos....amazing what a little warm weather and H2o will do!
