WOW!! Michele you are getting it from both ends.
I got my Brother 2030 from Staples also. I bought a refurbish one shipped to store for $20.00. I have no problem buying refurbish. Not thrilled with how their set up waste soooo much tape no matter how much you try to tweak the settings.
I got my order from Mljomo last Friday. Red Bull didn't make it but I emailed him to repurpose the check that he sent me for two of his buy it now on the LA. Imagine that, two for one price. Rolling my eyes. Rolling my eyes.
I posted this elsewhere on ATP but since this is the place for INCOMING:

Oh no about Red Bull.

Just take it with a grain of salt Smiling ..... I know it is aggravating when you don't get a response or the one you get you feel has attitude. Trust me I know because I buy also and it's even worse when you keep waiting and waiting for a $1600 order (not from LA but they do sell on there) and finally email with no response and then finally call and they can't find your order or where you paid and then they email back saying they did find it and then it still takes another month to get them. So I waited almost 4 months for mine and if I wouldn't have called I would most likely still be waiting.
It was the same last year, I placed my order I believe in October (didn't expect it until April) and then the wife was calling someone else about their order and I happen to be there and said she could ship mine too. Well, she couldn't find my order and I had to tell her what it was again. Then she called back and said she couldn't find where I had paid and could I check with my bank to see if and when it had cleared (this was the second check I sent because the first apparently didn't make it there). I did and it had been cashed way back in October. After that then she had to wait until the husband got back in town to find my order out in the greenhouse; I finally got my plants in May.
They have terrible customer service; I know they are really stretched thin with everything they do daylily related and their own business outside of daylilies plus a slew of other things but if they plan to sell then they really need to get better organized somehow. I emailed them back in December about a club order and didn't get a response back until March so needless to say they lost an order there (not that they needed it).

That's ridiculous! I try to roll with the punches as much as possible - stocks don't make it, things are accidentally marked shipped instead of paid - but this would have had me irate! I found out yesterday that a plant I reserved and paid for in September was not coming because it had been oversold. How - I don't know - but there isn't much I can do now but try to track it down from another source if I really want it. I was mad for an hour but I'm over it now.

Wow, Michele you made me feel better! Smiling Sorry you are having such a time! I guess it's just mostly this crazy weather. I realize that the sellers are busy getting (or trying to get) orders ready. I was not trying to rush her just asking for an up date. I do have things I am trying to get done and plan for also. Not as much I know...Anyway I will move on and just see what happens. I did add two more to my collection yesterday Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Fox Ears') and Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Carrick Wildon'). Hurray!

I have been told by several people that when you are told that it is oversold then usually it rotted or died for whatever reason and they just don't want to say that because they don't want people thinking the plant is a rotter. I don't know how true that is and I do know that sometimes people miscount their inventory but it's really hard to over sell because most people always keep back extra just in case something happens to a few of the plants (unless it's like my case where just about everything died Thumbs down )

And an order of three plants from Lilydaydreamer (Lisa).

She included a great little bonus of "Help From Your Friends" I wanted to purchase that one also, she didn't have enough to sell but gave me the single fan as my bonus. I thought that was So Great, lol. Anyway not sure who is still following this thread but just thought I would share.

I got a beautiful order from Michele( Tink3472) today, I usually post pictures on the LA thread, but I think I will do both this time. I also got an email from Abundantdaylilies and he (Mark) has shipped my daylilies and is asking that I watch my mail. There are a few more orders on LA plus a nice order from Floyd Cove! Love these people! Hurray!

Got an order from Lily House last night. Wonderful root systems and not stingy with the fans at all. I got to pick my bonus, too. I picked "Wigged Out" because it's so unusual.
