Just take it with a grain of salt ..... I know it is aggravating when you don't get a response or the one you get you feel has attitude. Trust me I know because I buy also and it's even worse when you keep waiting and waiting for a $1600 order (not from LA but they do sell on there) and finally email with no response and then finally call and they can't find your order or where you paid and then they email back saying they did find it and then it still takes another month to get them. So I waited almost 4 months for mine and if I wouldn't have called I would most likely still be waiting.
It was the same last year, I placed my order I believe in October (didn't expect it until April) and then the wife was calling someone else about their order and I happen to be there and said she could ship mine too. Well, she couldn't find my order and I had to tell her what it was again. Then she called back and said she couldn't find where I had paid and could I check with my bank to see if and when it had cleared (this was the second check I sent because the first apparently didn't make it there). I did and it had been cashed way back in October. After that then she had to wait until the husband got back in town to find my order out in the greenhouse; I finally got my plants in May.
They have terrible customer service; I know they are really stretched thin with everything they do daylily related and their own business outside of daylilies plus a slew of other things but if they plan to sell then they really need to get better organized somehow. I emailed them back in December about a club order and didn't get a response back until March so needless to say they lost an order there (not that they needed it).

I found out yesterday that a plant I reserved and paid for in September was not coming because it had been oversold. How - I don't know - but there isn't much I can do now but try to track it down from another source if I really want it. I was mad for an hour but I'm over it now.
