These are very pretty Bob! Thumbs up I love the Heucherellas. Berry Marmalade is another newer one that I haven't tried.

Chris, I find that Lime Rickey is good for a small spot where you need some lime color. It gets very full, but stays pretty small.

Pistache is the other lime Heuch that gets large and beautiful.

I tried Lime Rickey a few years ago , but it did not overwinter. For me Citronelle has been by far the best of the lime colored .Key Lime Pie is nice in color but stays very small. My Electric Lime does not look bad so far , it was a plug last fall so not very big yet. I never tried Pistache, does anyone have a picture? I just got Pear Crisp last week, I hope it does well I really like the color and leaf shape of this one.

I just got Blackberry Crisp yesterday. But I really like Pear Crisp. That one wasn't available where I got mine. Sad Bob, do you have a local place where you get them or do you purchase them on line?

Carolyn, Pistache is a very pretty color too.

I get most of mine online. There is one garden center by me that gets the newer selections , but they charge $30 in 2 gallon pots too much for me. I use I Love Hosta . net., very good shipping price. Mason Hollow Nursery has a good selection. In The Country Garden & Gifts , not a large selection but seem to get the new ones before most they have pear crisp. I also use Eminance Meadows.

Thanks Bob. I've used Eminance and I Love Hostas, but haven't heard of Mason Hollow. I'll check them out.

Very beautiful crisps, Bob. I have yet to try any of them. Thanks for the Nursery tip! Thumbs up

Maybe this will give you a little perspective on Pistache's size.

Yes it is. For some reason the one off to the right of it is not doing very well, sizewise this year. It might have had more leaves sitting on it all winter. They are usually both very robust and healthy.

I noticed that Carolyn's Pistache has some of that brown spotted fungus on it. I don't usually get it on the Pistache, but I often do early in the rainy season on Citronelle..A little shot of neem oil spray usually clears it right up Thumbs up

It might also have to do with the soil where they are planted. I get a lot of different types of mushroom fungi over where the Citronelles are planted and the Bergenia that is next to them get that brown spotted fungus too, but the bergenias in the other part of my garden don't get it.

Very nice Bob! Thumbs up That's another one I don't have. Is that one of the newer cultivars? I have Georgia Peach, Dolce Peach Melba and Peach Flambe.

Is the peach coloration on the leaves just starting or just ending?

I think it was released in 2004 by Terra Nova. It was considered a collectors plant and at one time I saw ads asking around $100 dollars for it. You can get it now from Eminence Meadows or I Love Hosta .net for $18-$20. Most of the spring color is already gone. it never is fully the peach color , it is more like French Quarter but mixed peach and green.

That one is a beauty! I hadn't heard of it before either. I see the resemblance to French Quarter.

It's hard to find because TNN stopped making it. I don't think the splashed foliage was coming true in the TC's.

It's the same with hosta's. So many of the streaked ones are unstable. You pay a high price for them and in a year or so they could start to revert to a solid.
