I can honestly say that there's not much that I miss about the north...but when I see
these spectacular photos of the glorious natural landscape, it makes me pine just a bit for 'home'

you certainly are not an evil influence although i think i feel the halloween spirit and i will be back to ask about the orchid you thought would grow in the back of my yard in the spring - not now though as it would probably get lost under my jm research.
