Well, Polar and Terni look a lot alike to me. I didn't get any new photos of Polar this year. It went through bloom real quick plus something chewed it up a bit. Yours looks like a white LO with the "balloon" type buds. Is there a detail I'm missing?

The foliage and stem are so light green; it just looks more Oriental than any of my other LOs and I suspected it might be Casa Blanca (but I think Casa Blanca pollen is darker maybe?)

Casa Blanca has loads of raised papillae on the petals; I don't see that feature at all in your photo. This alone is a major difference between your lily and Casa Blanca. That is, unless the lighting is such that I just am not seeing the papillae...

Hilarious! I also just remembered (and I went out and checked) that the foliage, at least on Terni, was always quite a bit lighter than any of my other lilies. It pretty much got the same feedings as all the others.

I'll put it like this: if I had to approve its esteemed admission into the data base as Polar, I would not have hesitated to enter it.

I liked the two from Connie's seeds, especially that first one.

That's a whole lot of mix ups, Lorn. I have single blooms on all of my Moons. A couple yet to bloom.

Yeah Tracey, and you got Tropic Moon, too. I kinda wanted that one. But that's the 'rub of the green' when into lilies pretty deep. Mistakes can happen!

Joe you've got that Salmon Star in a perfect spot. The color is fantastic. I'll stick with POLAR on that other one, I had GISMO and it is larger and the tepals are a little different also.

Time Zone, another lily that has done very well in heat and through winters.

This is Salmon Star potted up. Same bulbs I used for my sisters wedding flowers a couple years ago. Box them up in the garage over the winter and just repot them up. Has worked out great.

The Colors aren't as rich as my eye sees them. One thing I do know is I am getting a lot of unique colors I don't have anywhere else. I like that!

And here is one from the very first seed Connie sent to me.

Pretty peppermint pink with that Awesome open pollenated. Hope the bud count turns out good! Open pollination can give lots of different looking stuff. Fun, too. This year, I pollenated a couple and then left the foil protector off on purpose just see what else comes along. All in fun to break up the usual routine Hilarious!

It was from a pod I had forgotten to break off and my daughter noticed it and thought it looked nice and fat and that I should check it out. She was right. nodding
