And yeah, my back has been pretty bad this afternoon, but I took a Epsom salts bath and took some aspirin and lay on my Spoonk for a long time (that's like an acupressure/acupuncture pad that is totally awesome, by the way) and listened to rain sounds on the computer and now I'm no longer hurting, long as I don't try to do any more work.

That's neat, I'd never heard of a Spoonk before. (heehee, what a name, makes me giggle!) Aaaaah, how wonderfully relaxing! I think I'll be wanting one of those relaxing baths tomorrow when I get home from work - with the way the weather's been, I'm predicting super busy-ness tomorrow!! (she says hopefully).

Well, just got back from picking up DD from the airport--her first trip by herself! She was out in Oregon for 10 days visiting relatives and had a wonderful time. So glad she was able to go.

Oregon is beautiful, and the Portland airport is the only airport I've ever been in that I enjoyed the experience.

Speedie, my spoonk is a total necessity at this point, I rely on it a lot.

Yes, it is really beautiful out there! I love the fresh air and mountains. Did you live out in the PNW at one time, Kyla?

Yeah. I was on Whidbey Island in the Puget Sound (Washington state.) It is an awesome place and a gardener's heaven, if you can stand the wet rainy winters. I didn't mind the weather at all.

I had some real challenges gardening in this place where I lived, but it turned out really nice after a couple years.

Must be hard leaving a garden you've worked so hard to create! How do you decide what to bring/ what to leave behind?

Very lovely results from all your hard work, Kyla. Catmint, I often wonder what will happen to all my plants and flowering bushes if I need to move from here! I'm hoping that many of them will be dug up and planted in relative and friends' gardens. Isn't it crazy how we get so attached to our plants!!

I have no ID for the coreopsis, but it should be easy to find. We got the seeds from a friend of my cousin's.

Forgive me for being off subject.....please send me a tree mail and tell me where I can read up or even purchase a Spoonk....my back is really the only problem that keeps me from doing things I want to do.
