Acer palmatum 'Bloodgood' and behind it an Acer davidii Rosalie' or snakebark maole.

Due to the bad winter, my Acers are only just starting to come back to life, I thought I had lost them.

I felt sorry for the poor Ceanothus and had to look away, but you have seen nothing yet!

The big palm we thought was dead but does have new green shoots, Note the Clematis on the wall behind.

We had to cut all the outside of the palm off. Now no more Clematis, and Sarah's coffee cup on the table!
Plus untold Garden Rubbish as well. All that in front of Sarah is the remains of the Clematis!

These Aquilegias can be a pest as they cross and you get all sorts of colours! Then they seed themselves everywhere, which is another pain in the rear.
You cannot give the things away as everyone has the same problem with them!
