Wicked Cider? Is that something you buy or make?

Speaking of hard cider, has anyone tried Captain Morgan's spiced rum with apple cider or in apple juice? I have some of each and now you all are getting me to think that I need to try this combo, lol!

Vickie, Wicked Cider, is one you buy. It's apple cinnamon flavored beverage. It has a higher alcohol content than your normal beer or malt beverage. They are good, but I can only have one or two. I have not tried the captain Morgan in anything together l other than coke. Sounds good though.

Gene, I didn't know brandy was that popular here. But it makes sense because a local wine distillery in Madison started making their own brandy. Wollersheim Winery. Fun place to take a tour of.

Dave - do you go on Facebook? I know in my area there are Helping Hands sites where they either volunteer, or do the job less expensively than if you hire a contractor, etc. Mostly unskilled but also find trades like electricians, etc.
Check it out, for your area....... maybe you'll strike it rich like we did, when we lived in Calgary.
Also, I think Craig's List has a section for Cash Jobs / Looking for work, like they do here, in Kijiji.ca (Canada)

My name is Beth and I live in Greenwood, IN (just outside of Indianapolis). I have been married for a yearish on February 29th. Our household consists of 3 furbabies (cats: Hunter and Chase-brothers and newly adopted brother Kingsley whom I think is part maine coon). We have a 75 gallon fish tank holding: algae eater, 2 clown loaches, 1 bala shark, 2 blk mollies, 2 sunburst platies, 3 silver tetras (long skirt/long fin) and 4 neon tetras. Our tank also houses fresh aquatic plants. We live in a neighborhood that has a HOA and I started a gardening club with them. I'm looking to start Master Gardener classes in the Fall. I am an ABA therapist for children with austim while my husband is recently laid off and looking for mechincal engiener job.

I have always had house plants and fighting with my husband for more. I love cacti and succulents but he prefers more colorful plants. I do most of the yard work minus the weed eater for whatever reason I just can't get a grasp on it. This is my 3rd year living in my husbands house so still learning on what works and doesn't work. This is my second year doing a raised bed and ground garden bed. My tomatoes and peppers didn't make it last year while my cucumbers went crazy!

I've been listening to Dave and Trish's podcast and look forward to using their tips in my own garden.
