Thanks all for the kind words on the pictures lot's to share this year from the trips this spring the seedlings were incredible can't wait to see which ones get names.

Bonnie you are welcome Im glad you like the conifers I wish we had a better source here to buy them I have not had much luck ordering specialty ones from online but always keep a eye out for something different they kinda blend in through most of the summer but this time of the year is when I appreciate them because everything else is dormant and they look awesome in the winter.

Tom I forgot all about that picture Big Grin it was a great trip and we got lucky to catch Kieth and Thomas there in Santa Cruz at the same time lots of fun that week with a good group. I was reading this and Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing at your comments on his seedlings I think you are going to be in trouble this year better hide the checkbook in Feb nodding He is very deserving of that award he has some awesome plants and they are going to keep getting better have know idea how he keeps up with everything that is there it is massive and growing every year.

Brad, think there will be more than one person having withdrawal over the next few months, so you will be performing a community service by posting those photographs as you get time. Big Grin

As said before, (but bears repeating).. the SDB's coming out of Mid-America have the coolest beards! Actually if you go through IB's, TB's etc, you'll find some great beards scattered about their catalog.. Drooling

I love the beard on Guatemala and Attractive Lady and Repertoire are exceptionally beautiful and may have to go on my list.

Repertoire is new, and Guatemala did not bloom it's first year so I can't say much about them yet, but I can vouch for Attractive Lady. It's really beautiful and has very nice substance. My photo makes the colors look too harsh, it's actually more subtle and soft. It's one of my favorites!

I like the "Attractive Lady". I think this type of colouration is neat. I have "Padded Shoulders" which has the same type of pattern.

Good timing for an illustrated list Marilyn! Attractive Lady is lovely, and really calls to me. I've been really drawn to contrasting color on the hafts lately, and Broken Heart looks special to me with the peach hafts against the lavender falls.

The bluish lavender beard on Don't Stop Believing is nice, and it kinda looks like there may be the palest blue cast to the white of the falls- is that the case?

Broken Heart has been breaking my heart!!! It has struggled ever since I planted it last year. It didn't bloom, and the main rhizome died. All I have left is an itty bitty increase...so I may just have to go out and buy it again!! Has anyone else had success growing it? I think I saw that Greg or Tom has it too.

Neal, I just bought Don't Stop Believing so I have not seen it bloom. I think you are right though, here is a link to the photo from Mid-
America http://www.beardedirisflowers..... When I saw that photo I just had to have it! nodding

Nice pictures! Pheasant Feathers, Waimea Canyon Falls, and Ebony Angel although they are a Johnson iris, it would be Larry Johnson, not Thomas Johnson. They are nice ones though. Smiling
