Thank you Al, It is difficult to keep them each different and have something for everyone. The ones I think are horrible seem to sell first. Just too crazy.

Yes, I am just around the corner or wherever. Feel like a truck hit me this morning. I worked too much yesterday and now I am paying for it. Sad

I am going to work on Horse Shoes for the next few days just so I can stay inside. I brought the supplies from my workshop to the house so I could watch TV and work in the AC. I did dehydrate, without realizing it, the other day and that night my leg cramps were a mess. Be careful not to dehydrate if you are working outside. Have a nice weekend.

yes, take care. I use the diet tonic water with quinnine to avoid leg cramps at night. Regular tonic water is fine, just use the diet because of diabetes.

My MD told me to take quinine pills but I am not a pill taker. I never used to perspire until I began taking one of my meds, and I do not know which one. Maybe the cholesterol or the BP but anyhow, now I forget I am loosing body fluids when I am outside and that is why I dehydrate quicker than I used to.
My Chiropractor, told me the cramps were from dehydration also. I guess I should pay more attention. He merely said keep drinking and stay hydrated. Knock off the sugars, caffine, etc. Sure, and tell a dog not to pee on a tree. I am such a mess when it comes to what I drink. Lovey dubby

I thought so too until the chiropractor told me that does not help ........he was talking about dehydration I am sure. In my case this time that is what it was.

I eat one everyday and I swear by them for leg cramps. I agree

Do you drink it preventatively or at the time of the cramps? I've have terrible foot and leg cramps for years.

I drink it right before bed, and I have a bottle in the bathroom if I wake up with restless legs, which is a big part of my problem. If I have a cramp, after I drink it, I can just feel it relaxing, amazing. I was told to use the diet unflavored. You get used to the taste after awhile.

Or I guess you could put some gin in it, LOL. That might relax you more.

I drink the diet tonic water too, every night. I haven't had leg cramps since the time I ran out of it last winter.
Works for me, just like Polly and Lucy said.

ME TOO! I will try drinking it at night. Never did that, maybe that is why it did not work. Great news . I had them again last night and man I hate that. I was not dehydrated either. Grumbling
