I don't know what's going on with my gardens this year...maybe the heat, but not a lot of things reblooming or continuing to bloom ...so my blue yellow and white garden is almost just all green....I guess it's better than all brown

Another great slide show Allison! Thanks again. They are feisty little buggers. Not as many fights here this year. Last year it was like watching an old WW II film documentary of a dogfight except speed-ed up. I think there was one particularly aggressive male because on occasion they seemed positively civil.
I startled a female the other day at the Crocosmia. She popped up, juked around a bit then just stared at me for 5-6 seconds. All from about 8' away! These are the most amazing critters.
