I'm heading out to run a few errands but thought I'd post these pictures I took this morning. There were a pair of Red-bellied Woodpeckers visiting the feeders this morning. The male went to eat first while the female was at the top of the tree. I never did get a photo of the female because the dog scared them both off after a few minutes.

And a Northern Cardinal

Wow!

Lot's of Great Photos posted!! I haven't been able to visit for a few days, a lot of family medical issues going on.

I sure have missed a lot! Trying to get caught up on the threads I am following and any pics I have missed. Great Job Lin, your photos always look great and I love seeing birds and wildlife especially the one's that are not in my state!

Birds from the past couple of weeks.

Bohemian Waxwing................ Male Pine Grosbeak. Photos taken through the window, I didn't want to scare them off.

Female Pine Grosbeak............................... Mountain Chickadee, he wasn't shy so I opened the window to take his photo so better focus.

Mountain Chickadee............... European Starling

That was sort of good news bad news about the hawk, glad he didn't get one of your birds but sad because you didn't get a shot of him.
