Definitely not Hollywood Junipers... more likely Pfitzer that have been pruned up over the years. If it's prickley, that would be my guess..

I got 'Emblematic' and 'Center Ice' this year and am really looking forward to seeing them in bloom.

'Expect Wonders' colors were a little more subtle in my garden. It looks to be a good grower and set up some nice blooms stalks the first year. It's a keeper in my book.

I got Enjoyment and Center Ice (with a little help from a friend!) this year, so I'm looking forward to seeing them bloom!

Those are all beautiful -- but Emblematic jumps out at me!!

Starring does just fine for me -- even bloomed last spring with most of its soil washed away!!

Starring is a bit slow here in the North, but it survives.

Not too happy here in New England, but if one persists it will grow. We have not tried it but other people in our club have done so.

Thanks guys glad you like Joe's plants it is hard for me to pick a set of Favorites cause I like all of his and the majority do grow well for me. The ones that didn't look good the 1st year normally just needed moved to a different spot in the yard and they took off. Like the reds shown above Joe's pinks are incredible and something we look forward to every spring.It was a lot of fun to see the different seedlings coming from his pink lines in different gardens most of them carried the beautiful ruffles and form that his plants are known for really excited to see mine blooming at home.

Bowled Over..What a color

Unconditional Love..Awesome form and good grower here surprised it's not mentioned more.


Bejewled...A unique color only in Iris


Star Appeal...The best growing for me from Joe's Ovation Pink Line lot's of seedlings will bloom from this one in the spring Excited.



Splurge...Just got this one so it's new here but it has looked good in every garden I have seen it in.

Thanks a lot Brad, now my life will not be complete till I have most of those! Bowled Over and Splurge- ....there are no words, LOVE!!! And Star Appeal in all the pics I see of it, is the most true "blue pink" I have seen.

...and I love how he's developing pinks with pink beards (like Bejeweled and Star Appeal). The orange beards can sometimes make them look less pink.

I'm a sucker for pink Irises -- and all of those are just gorgeous. Since I only have two of them, I can see that there are new Irises in my future!! What a shock, eh? Love the color on Bejeweled!!!
