Oh my goodness ... I've been in and out so much the past few weeks that I missed our Miss Sharon being hospitalized!! @Sharon I'm sending my thoughts and prayers for a very speedy recovery and I hope you are home soon! Take care of yourself and umm ... how about giving up on cartwheels for awhile.

@DavidofDeland I love Mr. Whiskers, such pretty colors! I know I'm going to love my Cereus/Lotus bloom when it arrives (as well as the Mini Pixie Syngonium plants) ... I can't wait!!

Not only do with everyone;...I just had a thought.

"It is so cool that the hospitals today have internet access and that we are able to talk to each other while you're unfortunately there. I learned this when my Mother was in them in the last few years.

That is a good thing. If that is in fact so in your situation as it seems to be..............Ain't we lucky! I have found that even though we have not been blessed to see each other in person, that sometimes we meet folk who make us happy.

I think sometimes that local friends and family mean well and we love their support in situations such as yours, yet its amazing to me;....how one can somehow build bonds with faceless individuals who just have similar interests to ours and in someway;.............."Get us?".............................

I get that you are an incredibly talented Woman who has observed life from afar and from within; whom is also a talented artist and, Thank God you have an avatar that lets us see your kind face to associate you with.

What's really the very best is that all these strange strangers who would be totally unknown to us if we were to pass barely touching in the night are the very ones who touch our hearts every time, unexpected, isn't it?

And that instant recognition just happens, without effort. It just is. It's one of those little surprise gifts that life gives us if we are truly lucky.

My package from David arrived today with my Aluminum Lotus flower and the two Mini Pixie Syngoniums. The tiny little "Pixies" are just so cute and for the time being I just put them in a jar that I had a little fern planted in. I figured that was a good spot until I can get creative and decide where I want them to live permanently. The Aluminum Lotus bloom is out in the yard stuck amidst some plants until I can hunt up a stake for it. I know I have a stake around here someplace ... I just need to find it. :)
