The newest one that is grabbing my mind is going to be based on one of my favorite plants and will be labor intensive, yet worth the effort I think. Spotted Horsemint. Its in the Bee-balm group.

Thank You! Vic!

Oooh, loving the color of that Daylily-Hibiscus hybrid ... it's really beautiful. Can't wait to see the Horsemint; I bet that one will be labor intensive but I know it will be gorgeous!

Seriously--I love it that you are including imperfections! bug bites and age spots Hilarious!
I spied some leaf spots in your masterpiece, back there--and that, actually, was what brought the word masterpiece to my mind--in conjunction with the splendor of the whole, of course!

What do you use to make the little anthers and the other sculpted elements like the spikey things?

Can't wait to see the spotted horsemint--what an adventure you are Thumbs up

I was showing a friend some of David's beautiful flower creations, and she suggested that he needs to add in a few critters, like dragonflies or a preying mantis. C'mon, David! Want to see some fantasy bugs to go with the flowers! Hilarious!
