I just got confirmation that my order is in for two more from Superstition. I sent the request before you posted that new introduction Greg! Now I'll have to save my pennies and see if I can buy that one too! Whistling

I added:

Icefall

Celebratory

I'm also on a waiting list to see if there are enough of Fruited Plain to get one. They won't know till they see how they do later this year.

You could still get Fruited Plain from Sutton perhaps if Superstition doesn't have enough.

I tried to find the craziness scale that we had earlier, but couldn't find it. I think we'll have lots of paddy wagon riders this year. Rolling on the floor laughing

Sue, that's me too. When just considering Irises, I'm quite restrained, but add roses, peonies, other perennials, and on and on....well, yeah I'll be on the paddy wagon!

Suslik & Howesie are both I. pumila. good luck with them. Suslik grows much further south than would be expected, but I think not in CA.

I am in the Slightly Off Balance group currently, and really hope to stay On The Edge this year for bearded iris.... Whistling
Additions to other iris types may put me Over The Edge though.

So far I am just kids stuff but I am holding a few orders until the web sites open up. If I can keep my head I will be just 'slightly off balance' this year.

Yes, I know it was one of mine, and I had intended to look at my posts, but got going back over some old threads, and before you know it I had to quit looking. It's kind of fun to go back and look at the previous years bloom seasons.

I have shared most of them in this thread Marilyn! The first 20 on page 1, the next 11 on Page 4, another 8 on Page 5, which leaves
BERMUDA TRIANGLE and HOPTOIT that were ordered with the other 8 on page 5.

And those I old school iris I have wanted for awhile that I ordered from Wild Iris Rows (and listed somewhere on this iris site):
SUNBREAK, OKLAHOMA BANDIT, DEDE DINAH, SPECKLED PUP, GERRY ATWELL, OSAY CANUC, CHERRY BLOSSOM SONG, POEM OF ECSTASY, SPICED CUSTARD, PRAETORIAN GUARD, SUGAR MAGNOLIA & VAPOR

And may I add Marilyn, that you have some pretty impressive iris in your orders so far!

FYI, not everyone may have those same page numbers, I am only on page 1 for this thread because I have my preferences set to show 400 posts per page. nodding Others may opt for less if they are slower internet speed because of heavy image load time. You know we love our eye candy!

Oops! I didn't remember you posting that many Leslie! I thought you had been buying away without sharing... *Blush* wrong assumption. Can I blame it on my bad memory? Hilarious!

As for me...so far I have been buying a few of the newer ones I really wanted. I plan to add to those more slowly as I can afford it, and some will be the older less expensive ones (hence the post asking for advice on some of the others). But I'm still really wanting Ready For My Closeup and Velvet Valentine.. plus Duplication, Cotillion Gown, Patchwork Puzzle, Emblematic...and a few others...so I will be saving my pennies over the coming months! Sticking tongue out I have no idea what category I'll end up in...time will tell! Hilarious!
