I only have two "k's", Kitten's Paw and Kwanso. I don't have a picture of Kwanso on this computer, but here is Kitten's Paw
That's beautiful, Valerie! Do you see any similarities to either of these? I'm not even sure whether it's the same cultivar, blooming late June through mid July...or two different cultivars.
If they're different, the bigger one (no clear eyezone, pics 1-2) blooms first, and the smaller (pics 3-4) blooms second. I don't recall either plant reblooming.
I'm just curious if you see any similarly. If so, then let's compare height, bloom size, bloom time later this year, okay?

Looking at the pics again, close together, I'm back to wondering if they're the same thing. One definitely seems bigger, with differently shaped petals and no eye or band (or much less of one). They DO both have the parallel longitudinal creases in the sepals, though...
I guess I'll wait to mid-June to find out. I'll be more cognizant of differences in shape and color...and whether either change as the day progresses. I'll also be better about taking notes about my observations.
