Roswitha has always been a good performing double here, can't say that I've ever seen it bloom single.
Lovely images above of Ruby Spider, Red Volunteer and Robes for the Queen. Raspberry Frost caught my eye, I wonder if anyone is growing it in zone 4 or 5?

Razzle Dazzle Candy grew well last year, nice scapes and many pretty blooms.

Rouen Catherdral was a first time bloomer in 2015, registered as a late it finished out the season blooming up until frost.

I borrowed a photo last year for 'Richard Herbert Haynes'. Here is one of my photos. I think this is the nearest to a bi-color I have growing. Makes for a vivid bloom.

Here are some of my 'R's' :

A Nicole plant and prolific bloomer forming large bouquets of color along my stone wall. And it re-blooms beautifully.

Purchased this Gossard several yrs. ago, and has not as yet bloomed. Might have to move it as it is under or near a Douglas fir.

Another prolific bloomer.

Another older Nicole plant that is stunning in color on a similar line as 'Velvet Throne'

Another older plant in the garden, but for me 'Rings of Wonder' is a favorite. Never disappoints! Does not re-bloom

Prolific bloomer with some re-bloom.

Transplanted last year to a sunnier location.

Used a lot in my hybridizing program.

Another garden favorite.

And, just as a tease, 'Roman Steel', is joining my garden in May. So excited it's coming.

I agree! Love white edges on purple, Randall Lainier Barron, Roman Steel, Raptor Rap even has a little white edge. Rattlesnake Rake is such neat looking bicolor. One of these days I'll add a few of the Boatwright bi cv's.

A few "R's" growing here

Razzle Dazzle Candy and Repertoire of Responses

Rouen Cathedral, a really nice late bloomer. I moved it from a very crowded space last year and Crossing Fingers! it likes having more room.

Roswitha, a favorite double.

I added Rings of Triton 2 or 3 years ago....it struggles and hasn't bloomed yet. Sad Borrowed image from database.

Rattlesnake Rake is a favorite- I need to find that one. So many possibilities for crosses with it. I love RFK also, might have to get it just for its prettiness and not worry about crossing it (okay, I'd end up using it, wouldn't pretty much all of us?- Except Ginny Hilarious! )

My Rrrrrrrr's

Raptor Rap- this photo look most like mine. Apparently I have photos left to add to the database lol

Red Headed Hussy- bought this for my little 86 year old red headed grandma Hilarious!

Reminds me of Fireworks- This was gorrrrrgeous last summer...

Robert Oliver- took forever to settle in and bloom

Rolling Raven- pollen fertile- dabbed it onto Lava Flow (nothing else was blooming) Got great seed counts

Royal Gilded Majesty- I liked this one better than I thought I would

Ruby Spider- I have some seedlings that will be third year bloomers this year.

Ruckus- Poor thing was crowded out by two more established daylilies. This one looks most like mine.
