Since I bought the digitalis over a year ago, they've been in flower continuously except for the last two months, now they're ready to go again...

Sherry, my digiplexis, which I planted from a small 4" pot, is building up in size, it has multiplied and it should finally bloom this year. I bought another one a month ago, plan on getting more.

When I ran across those digiplexis at the grocery store, they were in one gallon pot size about 2' tall already and $11 a gallon...and I only bought two...lol..I don't think I've ever been that stupid....I hope I find some more around here somewhere this year. When you see something good here, you really don't want to pass it up.....you probably won't see it again.

Apple Valley is so close to my house! I used to walk past it all the time. When you're driving south from Apple Valley, turn left on Industrial and right on Barbara. I'm on Barbara.

Ace Hardware had Digiplexis 'Flame' in smaller containers for $5.99 each about a month ago. I bought four of them.

Emerisa has them too now Zuzu, in more than one color.

Yes, Sue, tell us when you're free! Time for a digiplexis run - my first flowers purchased here, (if you don't count the blueberry bushes I bought at Costco a few days ago - the pots were too big to transport up here).

I can be flexible. This week I work Tues-Thurs, next week maybe Tues-Wed. I just don't have a car right now though, still waiting for the insurance money and then we start shopping. But I can drive the pick-up and you can follow us over to Emerisa Liz and then it's easy from there for you to get home on Hwy 12.

I still have my 3 blueberries in big pots.

I either found info that said the digiplexis is gopher resistant, or I assumed they are, because I did not plant in wire and they have not been bothered in about a year and a half, so.......

I work until 2pm every day, except Wednesday (when I'm off), but I can usually arrange to be off early as needed/wanted. Sue, are you okay to drive already?

I drove for the first time yesterday and did fine, better than being a passenger.

This is an unlabeled / unknown Aussie...but now that it's started to flower I can possibly ID it...I'm beyond thrilled that it has a purple flower!


















I got a phygelius last Fall with dark burgundy leaves and orange red flowers and I see in the database that there are many many cultivars (most likely varying not much in color, really), but fell in love and need more. Found a fuchsia pink flowered one today and brought it home...the first pic is of both of the phygelius, the dark in a large pot and the new one in front, the dark one not being in flower right now...

I have that last one, but the description must have been one of those glued on the pots because I can't find a tag, and I save those. I'll look at some of my gal. pots to see if I have them.
