I totally agree!
I love the Star of Rio, such a lovely color and the lip is very nice. And the floofy Cat is no slouch either. Lovey dubby
Have fun at the Orchid auction and the Tropiflora event sounds like fun too, I know I have bought from them some succulents and books years ago.

Here is a drippy double bloom on my Potinara /Rlc Red Heart 'Neptune', the color is accurate on my IPad.

- and who knows if all blooms will be open together on this small Aerangis citrata, so here is the first, smaller spike.

My Spring bloomer: Odtna. Papageno 'Lavender Lady' glad it came back, just waiting for the other bud which needed a little help a few days ago. The bloom stalks are rather short this time.

Lovely, Tarev. I wonder if a quick warm-up in the weather (like what we've had here) might cause orchids to bloom on shorter stems?

I have buds blasting right and left and need to figure out what's going on out there! That's what I get for ignoring my babies for 4 days straight.

Don't really know..this one has been indoors all winter long, just by our south facing window, getting all the light it can get. Maybe it wanted much more light.

On the good side, this is the third Oncidium I have that bloomed indoors, two during winter and this one by Spring. Usually they bloom here in mid to late Spring, or in early Fall. Onc Hilda Plumtree Purple Wings is still holding on to its 3 blooms, extended time already, the longest it has done it, usually lasts for a month, but now half way to its 2nd month. Learning a lot from these three.

I wish I had something more spectacular, but the Phalaenopsis is the only bud I have that is newly opened. This is Dtps. Luchia 'Pink'. My Den. Aphrodite x Den. Golden Aya is getting close, perhaps tomorrow.

Nothing very exciting here, but I did get a few pics.
Phal and Gerberara snow ballet on porch and on lemon tree. They took a brief break, but are winding up now
