We've been launched for a little over a week now. During the past week, I think I have pretty much got the site all developed and looking and feeling pretty good.

We've had over 10,000 new posts to the forums in the past week and we're busy keeping up with all the interesting threads!

Now, I'm starting to think about the next things that everyone wants. So, (other than naming specific forums that you may want created) do you have any features for the site that you're wishing for? If so, let me know by posting here! What's your wishlist for new features for ATP?

1) A "watch this blog" feature.

2) Somewhere on my home page that lists new posts to forums I'm not watching. Same thing for new blog posts (voluntary only by blog owner of course).

3) Can you make some kind of "bookmark" feature so I can keep track of posts I might want to refer to another day maybe? Like, if somebody posts a recipe or something...

4) Trade tracker of some kind...

I'm still thinking, but that's a good start Whistling

Good lists so far! Keep them coming. I'd like to build a collection of everyone's wishlist ideas and then I can start to make decisions about what we'll create and in what order.

Christine, we have a temporary hold on new forums for the time being. You can certainly post trade requests in the All About Gardening forum for now.

A new and improved Journal. One that has a secondary sort feature. A journal that puts the plants in the correct order, Genus, species, cultivar so they can be copied and pasted without having to change the order. A journal that lists the complete date including year. A Journal that has a space for vendor or source. A blank space for our own needs that can be sorted. I will be back with more thoughts if this is something you are considering. Sure would be nice to have, though I would need some seamless way to import my current journal into ATP. Patti

Something similar to the Garden Watchdog. I love knowing which vendors are credible in the eyes of true customers. A box above the reply box or a new thread box that lets me do bold, italic, change font size or color without having to know BB code! (#1 on my list)

1. I'd love a way to send mail to more than one person at a time.
2. I'd like a way to watch my blog for comments so I don't miss them.

Also, I do utilize cubits for a private dream journal. I love it. Lovey dubby

Hurray! I love this one. Lovey dubby

In the Sempervivum Forum we have a form of Watch Dog. But it is something that I feel might help with the legal aspect of liability. I might be wrong though. Each person just tells and shows their experience with the nursery they receive plants from.

Replace upload image, bottom smileys, and members using bb code with a tool bar line of symbols that appear at the top of every page (explaination of symbols on a home page). Some of the symbols I would like are gardening smileys img, bold, font, color, insert picture, hyperlink, insert video, audio articles, rate vendors, calendar of events, link to cubits databases, coops, trading, marketplace, print, tree-mail, my account, copy/paste. I would also like the search box to take me to the specific area I'm searching once I click the link of a forum that comes up in the search. Takes me forever to find something from the search box if at all. I don't want to have to know anything about computers, technology, or code to use and maximize my experience at this site. Thanks for askingâ˜ș

I hope the little trees you added to us "Charter Members" will change with the seasons... for example, in the fall you could change the color to an orangish/red like a sugar maple in the fall, in the winter it could be branches covered with snow, and in the spring apple blossoms?!?!

Thumbs up
