Some medians are in bloom with many more coming on. I see a few bloom stalks on TBs on a southern exposure. Here are two in containers in a warm spot....

I took some more pictures yesterday -- will up load later. I'm pretty sure that one of the buds on Pippi Longstockings will be fully open today!

Mine are all still teasing me. lol

And here was a little surprise -- an Iris that was given to me by a friend last year. I assumed it was a TB and planted it back row in the fenceline B. Well well well -- would you look at this? I got suspicious when it was budded out with the minis -- and checked it out. Sure enough -- it's an SDB!!

So I went out this morning to take a look -- and sure enough -- Pippi Longstockings is blooming!!






And not only that -- look what Daughter of Stars is doing:

You're on the road, spring is really here for you! 28 degrees this morning, but got up into the 60's later, was a great day.

Deb -- I am totally in love with her. I keep going over to where she's blooming, and looking at her again -- and checking out all the little details of her little petals. I can't believe it took me so long to get a mini-Iris. Thanks to Tom, I have several more to look forward to as well. And I'm looking at my gardens wondering where I could squeeze a few more in!!

Dapper is a rich color. You will like the flower.

Think it may be next year before I can send you Puddy Tat. It seems to be a very slow increaser, at least here.
