Claudia, the 2nd photo of Sarajevo looks like velvet, very nice.
Hans I like those colors and also just cause it's spidery looking.

Avedon, how long did it take you to talk those "Ruby Red" blooms into lining up like that?

I'm entranced by the Smiling Cobra. Not part of my normal fare, but for some reason it really appeals to me. I'll be following its performance in the years to come..... I like Arno's Bow too and it has the more rounded form I normally prefer...... Another one I liked that was pages back - Four Beast In One. Wow. That yellow base color with that pattern really catches my eye.....Everyone has such pretty daylilies. Looking forward to more.....Maryl

Enjoying everyone's blooms as mine are just starting up. I Found a nest of baby bunnies in the middle of my Daylily garden. So cute! Only about 2weeks old ( eyes just opened). Now I have to protect them from my one dog who is an aggressive hunter and hope they do not eat my Daylily buds. Sticking tongue out

Prickly sensation

Prickly Sensation is awesome.

Good luck to the bunnies!

This is the only daylily I have to share right now, so forgive me for posting it more than once, but today's bloom seems just perfect. I wonder if it's possible to ID this?

Thank you! That does look exactly right. There have been three blooms so far and I feel confident this is it. Well, unless someone shows me some exact look-alikes, in which case... Shrug! Hilarious!

As far as I can determine it is not fragrant. Bloom size, I'd say is about 4 inches, and as for height, I don't know if it's representative yet as these were just planted late last summer from single fans. Not very tall though. Maybe a foot above the ground.

The bloom size will likely increase a little as it matures.
