it feels so strange to have lilys blooming 3 months after they have finished blooming,.,.these ones look so healthy and fresh!!!!!!,.AND THERE ARE MORE TO COME!!!
My Martagones will be in full bloom in a couple of weeks.
Asiatics are heading and budding but end of June-July I will get to see them with the companions I planned for them.
Most of the Asiatics were spring planted last year and bloomed late. This year they are right on time.
Then it will be time to start a new martagon thread. So far, only one of mine is just beginning to show color on the buds. And this year well ahead of L. szovitsianum, which is just barely peaking buds at the center. Usually, szovitsianum is the first to bloom of any of the lilies i grow.
