Polly, I didn't post this one at first, because I'm pretty sure you have it- seems you sent me some Red Dutch a few years ago. I like how it and the daylily echo each others colors.

These 3 beauties are also from Ramona (Faraway Flowers). The white one is Hacienda, but I can't recall for the life of me what the 2 yellow ones are. I'll look through my records and see if I can figure it out.

I do have Red Dutch, so I may have sent that one, Neal, but I love the picture,. Gluhwein, and Tarragona and Veranda are gorgeous too. I'm kind of getting partial to the yellows in the OTs. All sorts of different planting opportunities from the pjinks.

Polly, I've become very fond of the yellow OTs too. So many yellows in the garden are a strong gold that I find a bit tougher to combine with other colors, but the softer yellow of so many OTs offers such a lovely compliment.

I also like salmon and soft peach to carry over the dark purples and brick reds.
I havnt got a pix of Salmon as its on the "iffy" list to plant this year.

Neal, all these OT pictures are just killing me. Especially because they do so well for me here, much better than Orientals.

I did look at the price of Opulent, though in The Lily Garden catalogue. I'll need to sell a lot of irises for that one, and I won't have a row as pictured in the header anytime soon, LOL.
