Using a program called Waterlogue, it will take a photograph and do this:

What's kind of cool about it, is that it renders it as you would do a watercolor.. It starts with the lighter colors and works it's way darker. Watching it is almost a lesson in how to paint w/ watercolors.

From the Apple Ap store, I think.. It was only a few bucks, if I remember correctly.

Ah -- you don't have a PC, but an *i something-or-other*.

I have i-everything I believe there is a PC version available.
