I agree with Neal. To me it doesn't quite have that Lady Friend color. But with with photos color can be hard to judge. It's certainly close.

I'm digging Lady Friend this year. I have enough to send Sally and Neal and you a piece. I have been growing mine for over twenty years. It came from our iris society and may have come directly from Joe (probably the original source, meaning he brought it to a meeting). Tree mail me an address and I'll send a piece when I dig. It may be small, but it will be Lady Friend.

Crow's feet is the only one on your list that we have. Boy does it grow well.

Forte is a rather weak grower, so much that Paul withdrew it from sale. So you can use the space if it isn't there.

Of all my Paul Black's, Cat's Eye is the only one that has bloomed in my garden - but
most were planted in 2015 .
I'm a fan of his because of some great photos!

He does wonderful work & loves SDBs. the TBs pay the bills, but more people are finding out about the smaller ones.

Mary Ann, yes I sell Bombay Sapphire. I work for a wholesale liquor distributor to retail stores in northern Kentucky. I represent brown Forman brands, Bacardi USA brands and Remy Martin brands. That's why I had to laugh when someone said going to the liquor store was on the bucket list. I probably spend 60+ hours a week in liquor stores.
