I think you have to be there when the truck is unloading...the only one I have ever seen at Lowe's was in Jim's hands as he was checking out. They are beautiful! Do you keep yours in pots or plant in the ground?

Mine are all in pots, Lindsey. I have 4 huge oak trees around the house so I need to move them about to keep them in the right amount of sun to bloom.

I never get tired of looking at those. I've never seen one here . I'll have to ask why that is at the next show.

Mine are doing nicely too and I never tire of looking at them. Good news, a couple of my Cyms are budding.

Just back from hauling my desktop down to Best Buy for a tune up. It had malware and a virus that had ground it to snail's pace. I'm down to my iPad for 3 or 4 days so hold the boffins questions. While at Best Buy, we both got new IPhone 6s Plus phones. As I get older and these phones get smarter, my learning curve increases exponentially. Sticking tongue out

Yikes regarding the malware!
I would think the IPad and IPhone 6s aren't too different. When my old MacBookPro kicked the bucket last year, I never bothered to replace it, I am pretty happy with the IPad only. But then I gave up years ago getting "Boffin-software" Smiling installed, as I switched from Pcs to Macs around 2004.

Jim, I'd love to hear what your gurus say about the malware/ virus situation. I got a heads up from MacAfee to use IE for browsing due to problems with IE10. I keep telling myself to take my PC in to the shop to have it cleaned and have IE 10 removed, but haven't gotten around to it yet I think 10 will be great...someday, when they work out all of the bugs, but at this point it has too many problems. You get what you pay for, I guess.

I just saw your yellow vanda and it is beautiful. I just bought my first vanda a few months ago. The blooms were huge and a beautiful purple. Since they died back, I have two new leaves and it looks very healthy. I keep it in my sunny front window and move it to bathroom when it's cloudy as it gets more light there. Hope I get another spike soon. It's been about 3 months since it lost its last bloom. Do they really bloom 3 to 4 times a year? Wish I could build a greenhouse!

@Suziq128, would you please be so kind and repost this lovely Vanda into our 2016 bloom thread?
