So this swap started on the 5th, not the 6th? Looks like I am behind as usual, but I just used all of my available tickets on several of my top picks that were still left.

Patricia, it started on UTC time which would have made it 6pm yesterday in your time zone (if Central.) (UTC -6)

You are correct. Unfortunately the sign up period ends when the swap starts.

Sorry @patrob. I posted about the difference in several places because I was afraid someone would miss it. The opening page is misleading.

No problem, Alana! I am here to learn how this new swap program works, and obviously I read your post and did not process well. I got the time for Texas, but I still don't understand the difference in date. I will read again until I comprehend. I'm usually not this dense.
