Dear Wonderful suppliers of our cat food -
Your recent delivery of the canned cat foods Order 40041587 was a DISASTER. Virtually every single can was dented in some way. Here is a picture of the worst, that I hope shows up in the picture.
I am used to a couple of dented cans per 6 case box. I am not used to this many. I will not feed my cats food possibly tainted by botulism.
The shipping box was not damaged in any way.
The individual cardboard trays each case the cans arrived in were not damaged in any way.
The shipping seems to reflect the precise condition the cases were shipped. The puts it squarely on you or your supplier.
I will not accept this.
The bottoms of the cans are ruined and untrustworthy, and as you can see by lower pictures, the tops are not the least bit damaged.

Here is a 2nd view of the damaged cans.

And just to make sure you see, a 3rd.

And from one of my cats… "Would you make me eat such possibly damaged food?” Botulism can be fatal!

Here is the number of cans from the order I will not trust to feed my cats.

Here is the thing. If you can’t send me cans I can trust, I will no longer order from you. It doesn’t seem to have been the shipping. And I don’t care whether you handled it badly in your warehouse or whether the supplier provided damaged goods. That’s YOUR problem.
How are you going to make this order right, and more importantly, assure me that I won’t have to toss cans away because of structure and safety damage in the future? Your prices are good, but when I have to throw 33% of them away, that’s no bargain.
So what are you offerring to fix this mess and change in the future?
Every saved plant is great!
