Don't squat with yer spurs on!

People try to turn back their "odometers." Not me. I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved

Great pictures of an adorable garden. Love it all.

Edited to add photo of something my DH's friend made for him for me. DH gave him the wood piece and asked him to make something for me.

Thank you Vic. The flowers, leaves, and mushroom are made out of a copper sheet. He also made us a replica of the Lansing, IA bridge on a sheet of copper with the history written on the back. He also made us a flying turkey and a Jack-O-lantern and a name plate. We didn't ask for them, he just made them and gave them to us. He used to be a high school shop teacher. I will take pictures of them and will post them here.

Rosie, I had never thought of it as part of a fairy garden but it would fit right in there.

Here are pictures of the Lansing Bridge called the Black Hawk Bridge and the turkey he made for us.

He really does great work. And the history of the bridge written on back, more interesting still. The turkey is quite awesome as well. Kudos to him!
Always looking for interesting plants for pollinators and food! Bonus points for highly, and pleasantly scented plants.

Thank you all so much, This man Larry also makes bowl out of wood. He donates his bowls to local fund raisers and they bring a lot of money. I think he also donates his copper creations. I am glad that you all enjoy them. He is very talented and is a super nice guy. I hope I can post more of his things in the future.
