OK, is this a test? They all look in sharp focus to me. If I had to say, I'd say the middle one is the sharp focus photo. My lens must be a little soft. They all look good to me.
Lisa! I'm glad you stopped by! You have a very nice labeling system! What do you use to make them? Do they hold up well? Thanks for sharing your photos!
Leslie- Guise is wonderful! I'm going to look it up....right now!
Like irisarian, I use eon metal markers and a brother P-touch labeler. They hold up fantastic. Only thing I have had is legs on markers can rust out after 4-5 years. I have yet to have a p-touch label fade or fall off.
Thanks everyone for sharing your little ones. Every year they bring so much joy. Think it's because they are the first big bang of color here.
Ruby Eruption has been in bloom for at least a week. Thought I had gotten rid of Sparky a MDB, but found it blooming in 2 different places. They do sneak around.
Think it's about time to add a few new ones. so far Irish Harp and California Boy are on my want list.

Love the tall beardies but don't have room for them as I grow (hoard) daylilies so the dwarf iris are for me.
That'll make Lucy happy!!!

Susan, I have an Irish Harp for you. I ordered an MTB called Fiesta Flirt last year and when it had bloom stalks early I was really excited. Turned out to be Irish Harp so I do have extra.
Thro' all the tumult and the strife I hear the music ringing; It finds an echo in my soul— How can I keep from singing?

I have one in the ground and it is just sitting there too, Rob. I thought maybe it was waiting to make a break for CA and just saving its energy for the journey.

Lisa, it's difficult to tell from a picture. How long have you had this flower? We can only give you ideas of irises to check. You can't be sure unless you grow a piece of the possible cultivar, obtained from a reliable source, side by side with your iris. Then you can check height, bloom date, color, and all the little details a picture doesn't show. One possibility you could look into (if it fits within the right time frame - being introduced in 2008) is Carmel Celeste - pictured below.
Note how different the same flower looks in different light and growing conditions and when taken from different angles.
I got almost all my dwarf iris from only 3 sources- Stilldew in 2012 (thank you!), 4susiesjoy last year, and a member of my local daylily club just before she moved away in 2011. We helped her dig what she wanted to take with her and she gave us plants. Most of her dwarfs were "newer" then so your option fits the right time frame. I think it is a piece that accidentally came with another iris called Blueberry tart. I will have to check and see if anyone can reach her where she lives now and ask.
Bonnie, With your beautiful collection, I am amazed I have anything you do not already have growing. Would love to trade if that is an option.
Marilyn - Guise is a Blyth. He has a lot of really pretty intermediates, but to find them here is a challenge. If someone wants to do a combined Tempo Two order next year let em know because there are some SDB's, IB's and BB's of his that I am hoping to add to my garden. Oh, and another Dragon TB.
