So when she asked if she had removed my image, I replied
"No you haven't removed mine, it's that image posted with my name clearly on it."

You think she's getting a bit irritated with our messages to her??? I just got this from her:
I have ended all pictures that had photos that was infringing on your copy right pictures..I will relist tomorrow with my own beautiful sempervivum pictures...CHILL THE F...OUT IT IS ONLY A PICTURE..

And I replied:

gee, thanks, I am chilled! I know the my rights and was just pointing out the eBay rules.

By the way, your listing for "SEMPERVIVUM "BLACK PRINCE " Only one picture is a sempervivum, the third one. The other images are of an echeveria.
I agree, probably best to stick with your own images and maybe double check what you actually have. It will help with your credibility as a seller.

And this is what I just got from her. Evidently I haven't gotten on her last nerve yet.
"please send me photos of the pixs I need to remove.. I am in the process of taking all new pixs."

Thank you for taking care of this. For some of us our photos are a source of income, it would be like me coming to your house and carrying off plants worth $50.
It seems that the easiest thing to do is remove all photos that you did not take, it would be much easier for you to sort things out.

Well I just heard back from her. I must have touched her last nerve.
And I was being nice.

"I think I have deleted all the listings that had you photos..Jesus..you guys act like it was a Monet or something . Chill the f--- out. I am sure my hew pictures will be better than any.... Wish I had this much time on my hands..Get a life...

thank you I will change the listings in the morning.. My daughter has just gotten over mono..I feel terrible..I hope I am not coming down with this...I am 64 years old..If you can please give me a little time to get my own pictures on my listings..It is greatly appreciated

Sue is there a way to add a watermark once the photo is already in the database?

I didn't have a copyright on it, it was such a tightly cropped image that I couldn't mark it and no, a watermark can't be added after it's uploaded. You just need to remove an image and redo it.

I have posted a new thread in the Site Forum asking if we can have this feature added. I have a number of photos that don't have the copyright because I forgot to switch the feature back on after adding nursery photos.

None of my photos are involved but wow this is an example of someone who lives in their own little bubble and her world is all about her

I was wondering that myself. I'm sticking with my sources. EBay scares me if this is what kind of people are selling.

I had this problem awhile back with a few of my pictures .. I would email them and tell them that they had 24 hours to remove my photo and if it was not removed in 24 hours then they are agreeing to pay me 100 dollars a day for use of my pictures and that a copy of the email was sent to EBAY copyright infringement office. That always got their attention.
