Gorgeous, Jane! Loving those yellows, hadn't seen Sweetheart Ring before Paul Black has a bud here- can't wait to see it in person! Those beards are awesome!
"...and don't think the garden loses its ecstasy in winter. It's quiet, but the roots are down there riotous." Rumi
Sweetheart Ring is a rebloomer that always has at least one stalk if not more in the fall. Sometimes it is late and gets nipped by the frost. I am amazed at how long it has bloomed still looking good after all of this rain. Good increaser too so far. I must have 9 bloomstalks on 9/11 Remembered which I also got from Spoon and is a rebloomer. It usually gets frozen though. 9/11 Remembered, excuse the bug eaten rose bush behind it. Not the best picture due to rain.

Boxergirl said: And then there is Ziggy not happy about how this one looks. I'm pretty sure this is going bye bye this year. Nothing about it looks like I expected. Just to many beautiful iris to have one come out looking so blah.
I still wonder if your Ziggy was something else. The white lines at the hafts and the centerline are so planned for a broken color. Are all the blooms like that? I have never had a broken color where all the blooms opened the same. Quite the opposite.
And your Boundless NoID looks a lot like Peggy Anne which I love in my garden.

If it is all from the same vendor I wonder if the vendor sent the wrong iris out to everyone! I just have a very hard time believing all the blooms would be the same on one plant, let alone several people's plants if it is truly a broken color. At least one or two of the blooms should show some random characteristics.
