A couple nice pics of the more gold and one of a more yellow from the Jennifer's Jubilee x seedling cross.

These are seedlings from Ramona Titus (lily auction maniac) crosses, what they were, I haven't any idea after my dog's dig out and relocate disaster. I like the apricot one a lot. I don't have anything else quite that color, nicer in person too.

Avedon, try placing 'Willow Dean Smith' into some shade. My pot of it is in a mostly shaded spot, and I have been able to set pods on it (I am awaiting maturity on them now). Not every pollination sets a pod (and success or failure may be related to who the pollen parent is), but it is doable.
Evaluating an iris seedling, hopefully for rebloom

Thanks, Polymerous, for your advice about Willow Dean Smith. I have wondered about how sun or shade could effect the success or failure of a cross. Here is the next cross--four seeds of this one will be planted tonight. This is a first for me, a large flower/small flower cross:

Here are two.

This one is BIG! 9" across. Wind In The Rigging x All Things To All Men. Blooms only about 20-24" from the ground. 1st year of bloom, hopefully if we get some rain next year it will get taller.

Thank you everyone for the nice comments on the two I posted above.

I was not expecting huge flowers from Wind In The RiggingxAll Things To All Men. I was hoping to add a fancier edge to Wind In The Rigging (registered at 6"). A couple more seedlings from the same cross are quite "in your face" too, here's one of them:
