@Boojum Kathy, I was just looking back at the old Dave's Garden Orchid Forum some 10 years ago when you, a nice person named RUK, DrJon, Todd Boland and Laurel were encouraging me in my attempts at orchid culture. I owe you all a debt of gratitude for your help and patients. It seems like we have grown up together. Good times and good friends.

Very nice, Ted, and it is still called Bc.Morning Glory. With parents like B. nodosa x C. purpurata, how could it not be a great orchid?

Oh my, I am RUK.
The name "Ursula" was taken by a lovely lady from Chile, so I used my initials. I believe her name here is Mutisia.
And yes, I did enjoy those years then too on DG. Group hug We learned a lot.

Here is an orchid hybrid bred for warmth tolerance. Blooms every 4th of July for me in the midsouth.
Rossioglossum Aztec Fire (schlieperianum X williamsianum) feel free to correct spelling, it's hard to read label.

My Bc. Star Ruby 'Xanudu' AM/AOS has started blooming. This is a cute flower and certainly different from all my other ones.

The Blc. Copper Queen's flowers are now three weeks old and have turned the typical yellow.
