@Boojum Kathy, I was just looking back at the old Dave's Garden Orchid Forum some 10 years ago when you, a nice person named RUK, DrJon, Todd Boland and Laurel were encouraging me in my attempts at orchid culture. The name "Ursula" was taken by a lovely lady from Chile, so I used my initials. I believe her name here is Mutisia.
And yes, I did enjoy those years then too on DG.

Here is an orchid hybrid bred for warmth tolerance. Blooms every 4th of July for me in the midsouth.
Rossioglossum Aztec Fire (schlieperianum X williamsianum) feel free to correct spelling, it's hard to read label.

My Bc. Star Ruby 'Xanudu' AM/AOS has started blooming. This is a cute flower and certainly different from all my other ones.

The Blc. Copper Queen's flowers are now three weeks old and have turned the typical yellow.

Bert, I might have to look for 'Aztec Fire' anything that's bred for heat tolerance should work here in Florida!
