Those are very beautiful seedlings, Cindy! Congrats! I love the colors on both of them. How big are the blooms? Do they rebloom?

They are late bloomers so I doubt that they will rebloom. It is currently raining so can't go out and measure but the yellow one is quite large, I would guess at 8" and the purple one is probably 5 to 5-l/2". Thanks!!!

@spunky1 Fred I was surfing an old seedling thread 2012. In it you said
"Had eight seedling open yesterday, most were barkers."

Does a 'barker' mean it catches your attention and is a good seedling?

I think a barker is the opposite Glen, a dog. Not a very attractive daylily.

Very nice seedling Cindy and you are correct, I take very few photos of the barkers.

Fred, The branching on Waves of Joy x Lillian's Tet Thin Ice is awesome! I can understand your disappointment if it is not multiplying the way you would like it to. Great hybridizer's expect a lot, and the rest of us appreciate that

Stippling in daylily - I take it to mean dots of colors that are different from a background color of the petals. An example of stippling from AHS is Spacecoast Freaky Tiki. You can see dots or pools of dots of red on an orange background.
