I seem to notice the darn dust more in the winter because I am mostly stuck inside. It is much easier to ignore in the summer when I spend most of my time out in the garden. Whistling

I know what you mean. My house was cleaned on Wednesday, (4 days ago), but it's already dusty enough to write my name in the dust. Crying

So with my super green food smoothie shake I had finished off my (Garden Of Life) Goatein protein powder yesterday. That one is goats milk protein. I don't like it as much as I like the Procaps Labs Whey Protein powder that I also use so at least for now will not be ordering another. But that brand of Whey is wonderful, mixes and no grittyness but it is pricey.

So this morning opened up The Life's Basics plant protein powder I have and it was the first tryout. The scoop in there that measures out one serving is really big so too much in my opinin to add. I only added about a half. It really didn't taste any worse when I had my shake than it had been so we will see how this protein works out.

It is a plant protein mix of pea, hemp, rice and chia seed. Yup, I would prefer the whey protein powder.

I love the taste of Muscle Milk chocolate protein powder. Don't use it though because it has a little more fat in it than i should have.

My morning smoothie super green food protein shake takes the place of a meal. So if I don't add some protein powder I get too hungry.

Mostly I have vanilla flavors. Or no extra flavors.

I went to the gym, exercised for an hour. My son gets home tonight for Christmas. He'll be here for six days, so we probably won't be going to the gym much in that time. Shrug!

That's great Karen, have a wonderful visit with your son. Thumbs up

I won't be seeing my son until Easter, horrid driving conditions on the mountain highways between his place and here this time of year.

That's too bad, Margaret. My son actually lives closer to you than to me. He lives in Seattle. His trip home is two long expensive flights, and a loss of 3 hours due to time zones. So we don't see him often- only once or twice a year.

Your son needs to get a job closer to you, what does he do and does he have a girlfriend?

Summertime it's a lovely drive and my son and his girlfriend can come for long weekends.

Margaret, he's single and he works for a legal firm. I wish he lived closer but, he's been in Seattle since he graduated from college about 12 years ago. He seems to love it there.
