Oh, and the most recent collisions come after the installation of warning gantries that will actually hit the vehicle if it's too high and cause a loud noise.

Duke Energy had a couple of massive spills in the state already that have affected thousands but our crappy Governor let them off with a slap on the hand. They should have gotten far more in fines.
