I think I might have some of those, too.... but they seem white to me. Maybe not the same at all.

I think there are tons of different asters. And I think it matters where they're growing.

jmorth, are you a professional photographer or a hobbyist? Your shots are often quite intriguing.

Sheila, when that aster was in bloom, it had at least a dozen butterflies on it all day.

That shot with all the butterflies reminds me of a thread on DG someone started on "counting pictures". Sort of like The Twelve Days of Christmas. One posted a one item picture, the next person to post had two items, then three items.....etc......it was really a mess by the time it got in the thirties and fourties! Well Tarev,
He looked good while we thought he was a bee, LOL!

Karen,
I hope mine make a comeback. I had quite a few year before last, but not last.
Beautiful sedum!!

Margaret,
I hope to see an increase in my bees again then. I do have many bee plants.

Shelia,
Wonderful Bee/Datura picture!

Stephanie,
May you never be stung and ROTFL over the Listerine!

Jmorth,
Beautiful aster photo!!

Karen,
Awesome butterfly photo!!

Ann,
Around here they are starting to put ditch plantings back. The asters and butterfly weed are big, and the prairie grasses are making a big comeback. I throw all my asters across the road, trying to get them going over there.

Jmorth,
Beautiful color on your Dahlias!

Shelia,
Smiling over the multiple posting of pictures. There was also a counting thread where the petals were counted. That one was pretty neat!

Guess I missed the petal counting one. That could have gotten pretty intense I bet.
