Sedum morganianum are such tough plants...see this photo, I thought I may have just said goodbye to a very brown leftover sedum morganianum stalk in late fall...and now in Spring, it is creating new leaves...so keep your browned stalks around a bit..it may just be resting or sleeping:
I just re-potted one of my new unknown succulents, so will be trying to get it to root. Or, if you are interested, I could send it to whom ever would like to have it. It came from the small plant in a photo listed under plant id for the cactus and succulent forum. It is with a blooming succulent and a cactus. I have no idea what these three plants are. The leaf which is available appears to be part green and part purple.

Very lovely plant! I like plants that form a caudex..hmm..I wonder if it follows similar trait like that of adenium obesum where a cutting will not form a caudex...but nevertheless..it is a lovely plant...I am interested to trade...so if there is something in my photos shown on this thread...just tree mail me!
