I read a lot of science fiction, and the monitor that I want is the one that projects an image onto my entire visual field. Like sitting in a cubicle with 4 white walls and a white ceiling, and the image is everywhere you look.

When I have more than on image I want to upload, I put them on a USB dive and bring them to work. We have a fast network here.

At home, I turn off my screensaver, start one upload, and go make coffee or watch TV. Next commerical, next upload.

But, at work, the network is very fast and I have free A/C and heating.

Say, rather, "poor Rick's BOSS".

Thank you!
All of you are ... I tip my hat to you.
Such welcome! I feel like I got home.
Please just a little patience and soon I'll start uploading photos.

Some photos I loaded them into an album (if it works should start a slideshow):

http://outdoors.webshots.com/s...

But I will upload some here, plus much more.
I want to start a topic "Journey to the Wild Beauty". For starters, only my English writing makes me slow down.
Maybe it's better to start with my pictures and my English will come with time.
I hope Smiling

Justin, if some of us write things you don't understand then please do not feel shy of asking us what we mean. I'm sure in Romania they have "slang" & we have slang here too only we have lots of different kinds of slang. Like Shoe --- he speaks one kind & others have another & still more have another kind. We're likely to mess your mind up pretty bad! Hilarious! And maybe you can teach us some of yours too. That ought to provide some real laughs. You see, we LOVE to laugh more than anything else so we are always making jokes.

I might suggest that you think about starting a Justin blog. That would be very cool. And you could load your photos on there too & tell us about them & some about your country & where these plants grow there. Stuff like that. I would like to learn things of that type.

That is a very pretty blue flower in your avatar - is it Southern anemone ?
I enjoyed the pictures of all the wildflowers in your slideshow also and agree with Chelle and Anne, you should start your own blog.

I thought to start a blog, but I think it would be more a pictorial. I even had an attempt on E-blog but for now I gave up. On the other hand, some of my pictures would make sense only if be presented in such a pictorial. Maybe I'll come back to the idea of making a blog.

Thanks for the offer to help me with writing in English.
Usualy I can digest what I read. I'm afraid of misunderstand of my writing. It could result in something funny. But it could result and in something bad, and will not be funny at all.
I will not bore you with that. It may seem strange my insistence but I am no longer young. I am fifty years and I am embarrassed for possible mistakes. So please correct me. Directly or through private message. I need fedback, especially for serious mistakes. I will be grateful even if I will not say every time: thank you. As I said, I do not want to bore you.

I will start to write. I hope will not be too much mistakes. If it will be and one moderator think it is necessary some correction, do it. Directly, no necessary excuse for this.

Christine, I'm glad that you noticed my avatar. Yes, I think it is a Southern anemone, Anemone berlandieri. I was amazed of the the beautiful dark blue. Soon I will load pictures in the forum.

Justin,
Do me a favor and post a short message written entirely in Romanian. I'd like to try something, if you don't mind Smiling ...

Cred ca cea mai grea încercare e cand cineva imi cere sa spun ceva in romana.
Nu stiu de ce ma blochez si nu stiu ce sa spun.

Roumanian language uses diacritics for writing of some sounds. With diacritics what I wrote above, must be write so:

Cred că cea mai grea încercare e când cineva îmi cere să spun ceva în română.
Nu știu de ce mă blochez și nu știu ce să spun.

Why? I'm not sure that the meaning of the translation with "Google Translate" to the second sentence is quite correct.

If not enough, I can try to write more. Smiling
