Thanks James. I have seen your photos on the forums and wish I had your skills. These were all taken with my iPad.

I am glad you like them. These are mostly young plants and blooming is a ways off. I will post pictures of Sonic Wave when it blooms soon.

All such beauties! You have peaked my interest (which isn't hard to do with plumeria!) Would you care to share your Ebay Seller on here with us? It looks like you got some VERY healthy cuttings! I can only guess at your first one with the wavy leaves, it appears to be more of a pudica, bush type? Is it growing differently than the others? I can't wait til you post their flowers. I know they will bloom for you! ETA Don't be a stranger!

Cheryl I was kind of reluctant to give the vendors name but I guess it doesn't really matter since they are advertising on eBay. The one I trust the most goes by bkinterfruit and his name is Wat. Really nice guy. He is not selling right now. I asked him why and he said he is just busy with his real job although I don't know what that is. I think he will be back later this year. I have also sent you a tree mail.

Thank you for sharing pictures of your beautiful and unusual plumeria. Such an outstanding collection! So interesting to see not only the different variegation, but also the leaf shapes. Smiling

I don't know that I have any skills, but thank you I tip my hat to you.

Can't wait to see what the future brings. Would love to see a bloom on the Kavowlay. I have never heard of that variety. Do you know what it is supposed to look like? Most variegated seem to be white & yellow and some pink varieties, like the Maya. I don't have any variegated, but would love to get my hands on a few, once I have a little bit more room. I hear they can take longer to bloom/bloom less frequently.

I forgot to answer your question about Sonic Wave. I think it is just the picture that is confusing. It is a normal looking plumeria shape wise but I got lazy and did not move it out of the group of young plumeria by itself like I did with the other plumeria. I think it is about five foot tall now. Just one trunk.

I think you have very impressive photography skills. I have none.
I really don't know what any of the blooms will look like on these plants. It is almost impossible to find pictures of the plants let alone the blooms. I have heard that too that they bloom less and later than normal leafed plumeria. I just don't have enough experience with them yet.
Actually I don't care if they ever bloom. I am growing them for the foliage. Blooms are secondary to me. I used to have a large collection of orchids, over 1000 plants. To me the challenge was to get them to bloom and again the blooms were secondary.

That is precisely why I want variegated varieties, is for the foliage, but I can't help being curious about the blooms. I love my plumeria, adenium, and orchid blooms, but I am a lover of unique and beautiful foliage as well. What the plant looks like for 3/4th of the year is more important than the blooms in the other 1/4th, in most plants.

I will be glad to share cuttings if they ever get to that size and I am still around. My health has been questionable but has taken a positive turn lately. I do want to keep these going since they are hard to come by. If they need to be rescued I will let you all know.
James. I am only about 100 miles north of Jacksonville if you all get up this way and want to see them all. Sonic Wave blooms should be open in another couple of weeks. Same for you Hetty if you ever get up this way.

Glad to hear that your health has been on a positive upswing. Hopefully it stays that way Thumbs up

Thanks for the offer. If I happen to be up that way, I would definitely swing by for a look at all those beauties. Big Grin
