I have a designated driver if I'm looking for gardens or wild flowers on the side of the rode. If I look right, hang on if I'm driving because I will head left at a very dangerous speed. I'm so darned blind that I can't just catch a quick look. My quick looks tend to only see one color but with no idea what it was I saw. SO, that leads to longer looks and we all know the rest of that story. They call it reckless endangerment here in MS and that carries jail time!!! Can I imagine being locked up away from my beloved daylilies?? Nope, that's why I stay at home unless someone wants to drive me.

I do so love this post so much. Now if I can get my pc fixed. This pc is DH's and I'm lost. Maybe the new battery will come in tomorrow. Fingers and toes are crossed!!!

Blessing and many beautiful blooms shortly!! Mona

There is an AHS page on FaceBook that is someone active.

There are also several of us who have pages, daylilies, etc.

Mine is Distinctive Garden Designs if anyone wants to check it out. I post pics rather frequently. You can 'like' any of the pages and get the updates on your facebook page.

They just designed a new page for DGD (new format that I changed to yesterday). I like it. Larger pictures, nice format.

You can count on one more to add. Since seeing your want list, I will give you one of those instead of what I had planned. I ran out of time preparing for the February meeting, so the new members' plants were pushed back a month. This is good for you, because now you will get to mark one off your want list.

Hi everyone..I was just looking at the AHS data base and at this time they have 71809 registered daylilies...so I contend..suggest...think...that we could all do our 'duty' and have at least 718 daylilies in our gardens to do our part to help out the daylilies..don't you think? So you see Mary, you and the rest of us have quite a ways to go before we feel guilty! At this time I think I have over 300 registered and to be honest with you, many people out there in the dayliliy world have a whole lot more.... Thumbs up Rolling my eyes.

If only I could take care of that many, lol. I have about 250 and that's getting to be a chore at my age.
