Hey, if we have to be addicted to something then what better than ATP & gardening & daylilys huh? All those things do is harm your pocket book.

Oh, but ask the rest of our families how much they like being totally neglected??? No more clean house, clothes, cooked meals, and washed dishes(from eating a sandwich instead of hot cooked food). The dish washing thing is ok, Walmart sells paper plates that don't have to be washed! Now, if I could only get them to use plastic forks! It gets so bad around here that the 4 year old jumps up and down and claps when she gets a home cooked meal. It's plum shameful. Atleast during the winter they do get a few bowls of hot soup.

Yes, my DH says I'm worse than any alcoholic he knows. Oh well, at least I cant hurt anyone by driving intoxicated!! Daylilies don't cause wrecks!

All my kids have 4 legs, and have learned to tolerate my being outside without them for several hours at a time. And day-lilies CAN cause wrecks, if we're driving by someone's gorgeous yard and watching it instead of the road. Happily, I haven't done that yet, and MY yard is a corner lot with a stop sign, so hopefully no one will have an accident when driving by.

Good opportunity for two legged kids to learn self-sufficiency. See? It is a life lesson that, as a parent, you are obligated to teach them.
