I know an auger is handy but even that many with aid is a lot of flowers.

I don't have an auger. I just plant them the old fashioned way. I dig holes! Hilarious! Hilarious!

I do have some early daffoldils with folliage up and some with buds showing. But for the most part, it is still too early for anything to be happening. But I can't wait!!!!!

Thank you!!! Yes, it really should be something special this spring. The thing is I bought a lot of bulbs about three Falls ago but not nearly as many as this. But the spring show after that was so stunning. So I wanted that again, only even better. So I got carried away with myself and the ordering of bulbs.

The orderings wasn't so bad but of course then I actually had to plant all those bulbs. Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing

It took me darn near forever. The bulbs were ordered from different places as as each order came I started planting immediatly. So I started mid October and I was planting all of November until I finially got done at the very end of November. I hope I never order so many bulbs in one year again. It really was too much work to get them planted. But geez, it should be too stunning for words this spring.

The thing is I plan where I need more bulbs and exactly where they will all go before I order. I just think about how nice it will look ( I have this picture in my mind if what I want) and I don't think about all the work need to get it done. Then when the bulbs come, I am stuck and have to deal with it and get it done. Whistling

I have to plan. If I just ordered without a plan there would be no place to plant them. Hilarious!

Don't forget to add Narcissus 'Tete-a-Tete' to your list of bulbs to buy. I am here to tell you, they multiply fast and furious.

Last fall I got one called Baby Boomer. It is one of those small ones. Don't have Tete-a-Tete yet. Not many places where I think those little ones would look good.
