Aitken's is a real danger to anyone who wants MDB's, SDB's, IB's and BB's. All those Marky Smith beauties as well as Aitken's own.

Had 6 more opening this morning. Will try to get them photographed and posted tonight, though I have some hellebore and Heucherella to plant too.

Aitken created Tiny Beacon and it's sibling Boink but hasn't been carrying Boink anymore. Shame because it is a cutie too.

Aitkens also carries some of Bennett Jones that have been introduced since his passing. I am glad someone is following up on his seedlings.

My mistake! He has Boink again.....but...... it is sold out.

Bonnie - I like the look of Bennett's Legacy. He used to have Bennett's Star but it isn't listed this year.

Bennett's Star bloomed for me this spring. Its blooms lasted over a week. Bennett's Legacy did not put up a bloom stalk but is doing o.k.

That is a cute one Gabe.

I am dreading this rain since it has possible high winds and hail. I have 3 dwarfs just opening that are new to me and I am afraid they will be mush before I can see them. A couple only have one bloom.

We had tornado watches last night. The next three days there are supposed to be freezing temps at night. I have 7 iris germanica buds and several SDBs that may freeze. One peony almost ready to bloom....must cover it up. Not much I cam do about the daffodils, tulips and other bloomers.
