I'm so excited!
I've always admired pictures of marsh marigolds (love yellow blooms ), and have never seen them in person...and I think I saw some from the road yesterday! I plan to go back with boots on sometime this weekend and check them out.
Oh, wow, J, those are spectacular! I think my Paw Paws are still too young to flower but the amount of leaves on them right now looks about like those in your shots. Luv the bluebells, phlox, and that trout lily.

We have an abundance of wet and woodsy, and now is the best time to get out in them. Soon, it won't be nearly as enjoyable with all of the nuisance bugs that warm weather and standing water bring.

I would go wandering off in the woods right now it I thought I might come across some morels... I've read they do grow around here in the right conditions.
