Beautiful, J!

I think your anemone might be Rue Anemone (Thalictrum thalictroides).

I'm so excited!

I've always admired pictures of marsh marigolds (love yellow blooms Big Grin ), and have never seen them in person...and I think I saw some from the road yesterday! I plan to go back with boots on sometime this weekend and check them out. Smiling

Oh, wow, J, those are spectacular! Lovey dubby Lovey dubby I think my Paw Paws are still too young to flower but the amount of leaves on them right now looks about like those in your shots. Luv the bluebells, phlox, and that trout lily.

I miss them , we do not seem to have any nice wet woodsy areas around here. When I lived in Michigan they were everywhere.

We have an abundance of wet and woodsy, and now is the best time to get out in them. Soon, it won't be nearly as enjoyable with all of the nuisance bugs that warm weather and standing water bring.

I've seen ticks already. Thumbs down

Not yet. I'm not a very good mushroom hunter, that's usually my mom's forte. Our one and only neighbor has them growing right in his yard. Every year! Blinking

Those sure do look tasty, Cinda!

I would go wandering off in the woods right now it I thought I might come across some morels... I've read they do grow around here in the right conditions.

Neat fungus pics!!

Here's one more - on an oak stump...
